Champagne-Marinated Olive
Ingredients : 8 oz Green olives (Castelvetrano best), drained 1/4 C Champagne vinegar 1/2 C EVOO (lemon or other flavored) 1 Tbsp Fresh orange or lemon zest 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) 2 cloves Garlic, smashed 1 tsp Fresh rosemary or thyme 1/2 Bay leaf Instructions: Warm Marinade: Warm the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and herbs in a pan for 3–5 minutes before pouring over the olives to boost flavor infusion Refrigerate: for at least 4 hours, or up to overnight. Serve: Bring to room temperature before serving.
