Greek Salad Dressing
- 1/4 C dry White Wine
- 1/4 C Fresh Lemon Juice
- Shallot - 1 medium, minced
- 2 tsp Swerve Sugar Substitute - or Sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh Dill - chopped
- 2 tsp Oregano - Dried
- 1 tsp Parsley - chopped
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper - Freshly ground
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate
