Dream Biscuits
Ingredients:
Recipe makes 10 Biscuits
- 3 C All Purpose Flour
- 4 tsp Sugar (or Swerve)
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Whisk dry ingredients to blend well.
- Microwave cream long enough to reach a liquid temp of 95-100 degrees using a thermometer.
- Stir in half the cream and blend, then add the rest of the cream and blend well (no lumps).
- Spray a 1/2 measuring cup with spray oil.
- Measure out 1/2 cup dollops of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove and let biscuits cool about 5 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter for color and sheen just before serving.
