Brining Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
Brine:
6 C LukewarmWater
1/4 C Kosher Salt
Butterfly Chicken Breast or pound it flat.
Brine Chicken for 1 1/2 to 6 Hours.
Remove from water, pat dry with paper towels and discard the water.
Spritz
or rub the chicken breast with olive oil.
Make a dry rub with your
favorite herbs and spices, then coat.

Paprika
Smoked Paprika
Basil
Oregano
Everything Bagel Season
Adobo
Jerk
Prepared Dry Rubs
Directions:
Air fry 380 degrees F about 10 minutes, always turning halfway.
