Spicy Hot Chocolate Mix

 Large Batch of No sugar added

1 - 8 oz package Ghirardelli 100% Cocoa Dutch Process

1 - 8.5 oz package Ghirardelli 100% Cocoa Unsweetened Chocolate Chips- Chopped in food processor

1 - 10.2 oz Sugar Free French Vanilla Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer (walmart brand)

1 - 9.5 oz container of  Nestle Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk

3 - tsp Chipotle pepper ground powder depending on preference

3 - Tbsp Ground Cinnamon

1- Tbsp Ground nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together well.  Use 1/4 cup of mixture to 8 oz of hot water or milk for richer hot chocolate

Yield: Approximately 16 servings

8X Batch yields 48 Pint Jars or 36 Jelly Jars
