Coquito
Ingredients:
48 oz- Evaporated Milk (14 oz)- 4 cans
56 oz- Sweetened Condensed Milk (12 oz)- 4 cans
24 oz. Cream De Coco- Comes in 15 oz cans - 1.5 cans
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp fresh grated cinnamon
1 Tbsp fresh grated nutmeg (1/2 of a whole nutmeg)
1 bottle of spiced rum 750ml
Over low heat combine all ingredients except rum. Warm to infuse and blend. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add rum and mix. Bottle for gifts.
Yield 6- 750ml bottles
Notes: To reduce sweetness consider adding Coconut Milk 1 can or 50-100% more rum to be boozier (never a bad thing)
Double batch use 1.75L + 750ml bottle Spiced Rum
