Sesame Sauce

 Ingredients:

1/2 C low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 C water

2 tablespoons Lantana Monkfruit  Golden or Granulated

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil 

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar 

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish 

2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger 

1 Tbsp Sriracha 

3 cloves garlic, minced 

1 tablespoon cornstarch 

1/4 C Water


Directions:

In a medium size pot, add all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.   Mix corn starch and water and pour into pot.  Stir until liquid thickens.  Store in refrigerator in sealed jar. 

  

Asian Wings or Legs


Preheat oven to 300°

Grilled Chicken Wings or Legs. 

Arrange chicken on a cookie sheet lined with foil. 

Brush with Sesame Sauce. 

Bake for 10 minutes. 

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately. 


NOTE:   Great sauce for wings, or stir-fry
