Buffalo Turkey Sliders
Ingredients:
1 lb Jenni-O 99% fat free Ground Turkey
1/2 c Sweet Onions - chopped fine
1/4 c Peppers - Red/Yellow/Orange - chopped fine
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Butter Buds - Granulated
1/3 c Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles
1/2 C Franks Hot Sauce - divided
Spray Butter
Mix Turkey, Onion, Peppers, Egg, Butter Buds, Blue Cheese and 1/4 c of Franks Hot Sauce.
Spray large skillet with Butter Spray set to Medium heat.
Using a 1/4 C scoop, scoop out 16 burgers into skillet and pat gently to flatten. (You may need to cook in batches) Brown burgers on one side. Turn burgers and brush with remaining Franks Hot Sauce. Cook until burgers are done.
Serve with Carrots and Celery & your favorite Blue Cheese Dressing.
Option: Can be served on slider buns topped with Blue Cheese Dressing.
