Jicama Fries

Ingredients:

1/2 Jicama-cut in fry shapes - 0 Sp
Spray oil
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika 
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper

Directions:
Set oven to 400° 
(Convection if you have it.)

Put all spices in a shaker bag. Spray the Jicama Fries with oil. Place in the bag and shake to dispense the seasoning throughout. 
Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes. 
Serve with Sugar-Free Ketchup, Low Calorie Bleu Cheese or Ranch.  (Add the points)

Notes:  
*  The original recipe calls for boiling the Jicama strips for 10 minutes to soften them. Drain, then bake for 35-45 minutes.   I’m ok with the crunch!
