Fruit Salad with Orange Zest
3 C Red Grapes - Cut in half lengthways
3 C Green Grapes - Cut in half lengthways
1 C Fresh Blueberries
1 C Fresh Strawberries - Cut in Half or Quarters
1 Large Navel Orange
1/3 C Simple Syrup - created by heating equal amount of Sugar and water. (Or Jordan’s Skinny Syrup-any flavor)
1 tsp Pure Vanilla
Directions:
Cut grapes and place in large bowl.
Sort and remove blueberry stems and add to bowl.
Zest entire orange and make simple syrup.
Add zest and vanilla to heated syrup and let stand for 10 minutes.
Peel orange and cut sections apart. Add orange pieces to bowl.
Pour zested simple syrup over fruit and gently fold.
Cover and Refrigerate Overnight
Serves 10-12
Note: The secret ingredient in this salad is Orange Zest. Don't leave it out!
