WW Crustless Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
• 15 oz. can pumpkin
• 1/3 cup Splenda
• 4 Egg Whites (now that eggs are zero, you can use the whole egg)
• ½ cup almond or skim milk
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
• Combine all ingredients
• Pour into pie plate
• Bake @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes
• Reduce heat to 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes more until the pie is set
0 SP if you use almond milk
4 SP if you use skim milk
