WW Slow-Cooker Unstuffed Cabbage—3 SP for 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
1 head cabbage, chopped (about 4 cups)
1 lb ground meat
1 1/2 – 2 cups (1 small head) cauliflower rice
28 ounces diced tomatoes (2 cans)
1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
OPTIONAL STEP – BROWN MEAT IN SKILLET. DRAIN GREASE.

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to mix well.
  3. Cook HIGH 3-4 hour or LOW 6-8.
