Gluten Free Flour For Baking

Ingredients:

2 C. Gluten Free Brown or White Rice Flour
2/3 C. Gluten Free Potato Starch
1/3 C. Gluten Free Tapioca Starch
3/4 tsp Gluten Free Xanthan Gum

Blend (or soft) all together. Store in an air tight container.

Yield:  3 cups

Use Cup for Cup for All Purpose Flour for baking.

In yeast bread recipes, use an extra. 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum.
