40C Santa's White Christmas (1lb bag)
44C Water
37.5 lbs. Sugar- 84 cups
(3) 4oz Jars Vanilla Paste
5-10 vanilla beans
6 containers Pilon instant coffee 7 oz
(15) 1.75L bottles ABC brand Vodka
Makes 66 bottles or so.
Important: Boil simple syrup. Add instant coffee slowly. Likes to boil over
Original Recipe Kahlua
14 cups water
14 cups strong coffee (santa's white Christmas or combo of caramel, vanilla, coconut flavors
28 cups sugar
5 vanilla beans (split)
6 cups instant coffee (2 Pilon brand)
Boil for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cool
Add five (5) 1.75 L Vodka.
Yields 22 bottles (750ml)
If you only use 4 (1.75 Liters of vodka) Yields 19.5 bottles (750 ml)
Amavida Single Bottle
6 oz Strong Coffee
8 oz/shots of Espresso (pulled and immediately added to simple syrup)
1.3 cups Sugar
1 Tbs vanilla bean paste or 1 vanilla bean
Boil Coffee, sugar and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. Add espresso shots. Allow to cool and add vodka to finish the bottle.
Spiced Kahlua- Single Bottle
12 oz Strong SWC coffee (Keurig 12 oz= smallest and next up)
3 Tbs Pilon instant Espresso
1.3 cups Sugar
1/8 tsp of ground Habanero pepper (originally used 1/4 tsp but might be overkill)
250 ml Blue Chair Bay Spiced Rum

750 ml White Rum
3 Allspice Berries
1 Whole Cloves
1 Cardamom Pod
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 Vanilla Bean
1 Ground Nutmeg
5 4-5" Slices Orange Peel
Soak for 2 days
Sugar Free- Single Bottle

.5 c (8Tbs) Skinny Syrup - Vanilla or Vanilla Cinnamon or choice)
