1 cup water 1 cup white sugar ½  cup brown sugar 1 vanilla Bean Combine. Boil. Cool. 1 cup brandy 1 cup vodka ¼  cup OR 4 tbs almond extract Add remaining ingredients

1 month early: Soak 2 cups dried apricots and 1 cup dried cherries in 1.75L vodka for at least 1 month. Times 3 for above recipe. 20 cups water 20 cups white sugar 6 cups brown sugar 4 oz vanilla bean paste or 20 vanilla beans split/open Bring Water, sugar and vanilla beans to boil.  Cool. Add other ingredients.  Use cheesecloth to strain apricot vodka.  Stir. 20 cup brandy- (3) 1.75L Brandy 20 cup vodka- (3) 1.75L Vodka 5 cups OR 40 tbs almond extract Add remaining ingredients Makes 20ish bottles Updated 2017
