Nancy Storey's Meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 lbs Lean Ground Chuck
1 dry Onion Soup Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 - 3/4 C Bread Crumbs
1 C Diced Green Yellow Red Peppers
1 Med. Onion Chopped
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/3 C Ketchup
1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Heinz 57 Sauce (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Makes 2 loaves.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 Hour. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
NOTE: This recipe is Scott's favorite meatloaf. You can make ahead and freeze loaves. Fry slices of leftover meatloaf for sandwiches the next day.
