Fire Crackers

Ingredients:

1 (16 oz.) Box Saltine Crackers
1 1/2 C. Canola or Olive Oil
2 Envelopes Ranch Dressing Mix
1 1/2 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Dried Granulated Garlic
1 2.5 Gallon ZipLoc Bag

Directions:

In a blender, mix oil, dressing powder, pepper flakes, and garlic. Blend well. Gently slide crackers in ZipLoc bag.  Drizzle mixture over crackers. Seal and gently turn over every few minutes for about 20 minutes to make sure all crackers are coated.

Store in air tight container. Can be frozen.

Serve with anything or by themselves.

Note:  NO BAKING!!!  We had these little gems in Plano, Texas at New Years.  So yummy!
For those who love options, substitute the crushed red pepper flakes, with fresh dill.
I think you could also substitute saltines with oyster crackers!
