Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

4 sticks Unsalted Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Lt. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cream of Tarter
Cinnamon Sugar as needed for garnish

Preheat over to 325 degrees
Line pans with parchment paper.

Blend sugars, butter and salt on medium speed for 2 minutes. Gradually add eggs and vanilla.

Sift flour, baking soda and cream of tarter.  Add to sugar mixture and mix on low.

Scoop the dough with #40 scoop and refrigerate till firm. Roll chilled dough in cinnamon.  Flatten slightly. Bake till golden brown.
