Kendra's Coconut Macaroon Pie
1 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 TBLS flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can Angel Flake coconut ( about 1.5 c)
I use a bit more for good measure
1 c. Milk
1 deep dish pie crust
Mix melted butter and sugar together. Add egg and mix well. Mix in other ingredients as listed. Pour in to crust. Bake at 325* for 35 minutes or until golden brown (this is when I just turned off oven and let sit for awhile longer)
