Southern Pecan Pie Muffins

Yield 24 muffins
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup butter, soft
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chopped pecans
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs until fluffy, add butter and continue to mix. Add brown sugar and flour and mix until ingredients are just moistened. Fold in pecans. Spoon batter into cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes, cool for 10 minutes before removing from muffin pan. (Easy, easy!)
