Mango Sesame Dressing

ngredients:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Major Grey's mango chutney (or any other brand you like)
6 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
3 large garlic cloves, peeled
6 3/4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Asian seasame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Cover tightly; blend until dressing is smooth.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Ideas:
Try this on a salad of red and white cabbage, water chestnuts, cashews, golden raisins and chineese noodles. 

Also try brusing grilled chicken (late or after you remove from the grill - the sugar may cause it to burn)
