Quiche Lorraine

1 Pilsbury deep dish pie crust
4 eggs OR 3 eggs + 2 egg whites
2 cups half & half (I use fat free)
3/4 a wheel of light laughing cow swiss cheese
shredded cheese of choice
6 strips of bacon OR 8 small links of maple sausage OR combination of choice
Optional: add veggies of your choice
Preparation: Oven 350
Poke fork in bottom of crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Add egg mixture. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center.
