Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Great combination of two favorites!
1 deep dish pie crust
stab with fork and bake at 400 for 11-14 minutes. Remove and fill with mixture of the following...
1 can pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar or baking splenda
1 can evaporated milk (fat free)
2 eggs
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, alspice
Mix together and pour into pie crust. Top with pecans (spiced pecans are the best)
Bake @425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
