Jiffy Cake Mix Cookies

1 box Jiffy Yellow Cake mix

1 egg

1/4 cup oil

Really good to make all kinds of variations.  Add mix ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, whatever).  OR Add extracts to make different flavors.

Alternate Recipe:

1 Box of any flavor cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup oil

Mix, refrigerate for 30 min, drop on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. 

Notes: Be creative and add anything to mix, choco chips, nuts whatever.
