Pecan Praline French Toast

Ingredients:
1 loaf French Bread
8 Eggs
2 Cups Half-and-half
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Dash of Salt
Praline Topping
Praline Topping:
2 sticks very softened butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Praline Topping Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
Preparation:
Slick French break into 10-12 slices, 1-inch thick. Arrange slices in a large baking dish coated with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine eggs, half-and-half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and beat or wisk until blended. Pour misture over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Spread Praline topping evenly over each bread slice and bake 35-45 minutes until puffed and lightly golden. Serve with maple syrup. Makes 5-6 Servings.
