Susan's Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients:
6 Chicken Breasts
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz. of Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
1 Stick of Butter
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
3 tsp. Poppy Seeds

Preparation:
Boil chicken. Cube and place in 9 x 13 pan. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Melt butter, mix with crushed crackers and poppy seeds. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350.

Notes:
My neighbor Susan Parsons made this for us when we brought Kylie home from the hospital. It was yummy.
