Saffron Pasta with Scallops

Ingredients:
Scallops (I prefer bay scallops)
1 tbs. Butter
1 clv. Garlic
1 can Diced Tomatoes with Basil
1 cup White Wine
slice Lemon
1 bud Saffron

Preparation:
Bread, salt & pepper the scallops. Brown in butter. Add shallots, garlic, tomatoes, white wine. Add lemon juice and saffron. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve over pasta of your choice.
