Pina Colada Trifle

Ingredients:
Angel Food Cake or Boxed Coconut Cake
Coconut Creme Pudding
Coconut Flakes, sweetened
Fresh Pineapple
Cool Whip
Jello (pina colada flavored)

Preparation:
Bake cake according to directions. Prepare Pudding. Toast coconut flakes in warm oven until light brown. Mix Jello powder with Cool Whip. Tear cake into pieces. Cube fresh pineapple

In a large glass bowl, layer cake, pudding, fresh pineapple, flavored Cool whip, and toasted coconut.

Notes:
It looks nice to do 2-3 thin layers of each ingredient.

If you can't find pina colada jello, I would use pineapple jello. Serve with Pina Colada Rum Martinis.
