Oriental Salmon on the Grill


Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
3 Tbsp Pickled Ginger
6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lg. Salmon Fillet

Preparation:
In a food processor, puree soy sauce, mustard, garlic, ginger with oil. Score the fish and pour half marinade over the meat side. Reserve the remaining marinade for later. Marinade fish for 2+ hours.

Remove the salmon and discard marinade. Grill salmon, skin side down first for approximately 5 minutes, then gently turn and grill on the other side for another 5 minutes. Remove from the grill and place on a long sheet of aluminum foil. Pour the remaining marinade over the salmon and wrap up for 10 minutes.

This recipe can be served immediately or chilled.
